From the corporate offices to ranching life

I spent many years in the corporate world, working for global companies in market intelligence, consumer insights, and data analytics. My role was to turn vast amounts of data into clear answers and actionable strategies. Often, this meant challenging established ideas or exposing flawed strategies that held back results—a natural consequence of working in large organizations, with complex structures and sometimes slow, “political” decision-making. In smaller companies, I discovered how much easier it was to apply data-driven intelligence directly, with faster decisions and more tangible impact.
At the same time, I was increasingly drawn to agribusiness—especially cattle ranching—through an intensive rearing and fattening project in the countryside of São Paulo. Leaving behind the corporate “cubicle walls,” I decided not to return to the corporate track, but instead to dedicate myself fully to what truly fulfills me: my family and ranching, helping to feed the world with responsibility and sustainability.
As I embraced livestock farming, I realized how essential small and medium producers are in Brazil’s role as a global food supplier. Yet, many of them still lack access to data intelligence. My mission now is to bring this knowledge to the field—teaching producers how to “do the math,” analyze their operations, and adopt tools to improve margins and protect themselves from market risks, whether through better cost management, futures markets, or innovative risk strategies.

Along this journey, I’ve also seen how Brazilian ranching can be both profitable and sustainable, valuing our biodiversity while competing globally with systems that operate on far less land and thinner margins. This platform, Ranching Brazil, is here to share those insights—showing how we raise cattle, how our diversity of production works, and how these practices can inspire ranchers everywhere.
Welcome to Ranching Brazil, where you’ll find real stories and data-driven insights from the land that feeds the world.
